What is the S4H system? A modular system created as a tool to manage and service any type of catering facilities, based on technologies: .NET, SGL, OLAP. The system’s task is to manage processes: from purchasing planning, through calculation, production planning, sales, production itself up to sales settlement, and financial supervision and analysis in the scope of cost control: purchase and inventory values, takings and margins obtained.
The system consists of the following applications:
S4H Chef – a warehouse and billing application whose task is to:
– detailed reporting of management and sales processes by creating and editing own document library, and then graphical data presentation.
– Real-time data preview;
– automatic or manual edition of menu screens;
– sales management (promotions, discounts, forms of payment, cash register services);
– recipe management (input and automatic cost calculation);
– warehouse management (delivery, returns and outflows of raw material, inventory and inventory settlements),
– production management and order planning;
– event management;
– closed nutrition management (menus, diets, food groups);
– management of decree schemes with export to accounting systems.
S4H POS (Point of Sale) is a tool for employees of direct customer service. The task is:
– issuing sales documents, handling cash transactions, the ability to combine or divide accounts;
– support for the labor movement (identification, registration of working time);
– support for peripherals necessary in the sales process;
– table reservation management;
– inventory view;
S4H KDS (Kitchen Display System) – The System of Communication with the Kitchen is a platform for the exchange of information with the point of sale and the kitchen without the need to print vouchers. After completing the order, the information is passed to the waiters.
S4H Mobile POS – mobile is a system that allows you to:
– accepting the order and sending it to the kitchen;
– price and menu preview.
S4H POS Lite – is a tool for the so-called small gastronomy based on S4H POS without warehouse service. The task is:
– issuing sales documents, handling cash transactions, the ability to combine or divide accounts;
– service of employee traffic (identification, registration of working time);
– support for peripherals necessary in the sales process;

S4H ONLINE PanelManager – is a web application connected with S4H Chef that allows you to view data and documents.
